After accepting an electronic bid of $134,000 apiece for the three trucks, the Marion County Board of Supervisors met last week with Jay Callaway, director of municipal and government accounts for Truckworx, who was awarded the bid.

• Thomas Caleb Williams of Carson and Victoria Lynn Johnston of Carson.
• Jonathan Lloyd Thompson of Columbia and Courtney Lauren Daley of Carson.
School property taxes will remain flat in the coming year for the Columbia and Marion County school districts.
Both are preparing for public budget hearings in coming weeks for the fiscal year that begins July 1.
Columbia will hold its meeting 5 p.m. June 28 at the administrative offices on Wildcat Way.
