Creel-Upton to wed

Kaylea Jalane Creel of the Mt. Hermon community will become the bride of Eric Wayne Upton of Kokomo in a private ceremony March 3, 2018.

Kaylea is the daughter of Brian and Leonora Creel. She is a graduate of Bowling Green Academy and Delta College. She is employed as a licensed  massage therapist.


Arrest made in armed robbery at Foxworth convenience store

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man in connection with an armed robbery at Cox’s Triangle convenience store in Foxworth last month.

Late Friday, investigators took Antonio White, 28, of Foxworth into custody and charged him with armed robbery. His bond was set Monday at $100,000 in Marion County Justice Court.
