Adventures In Eating: Chinese made popular

Recently I was in Jackson and ate lunch at P.F. Chang’s.  This multi-location or “chain” restaurant positions itself as a “Chinese Bistro.”  The chain, founded by Paul Fleming in Scottsdale AR in 1993, follows in the culinary tradition established by Chef Barbara Tropp.
